This product was designed and put into production for the purpose to provide the treatment-prophylactic product. It is a matter of fact that animal fats contain the insufficient amount of cholesterol, and partial replacing of animal fat by vegetable one results in reducing of cholesterol amount, thus providing the product with dietetic features. Spread is being produced according to the original technology implying the combination of valuable dairy fat and equally valuable vegetable fats with ratio of 25% to 75%, of dairy and vegetable fats, accordingly. The only high-quality raw materials and components are being used for production of mentioned spread. The great attention is to be paid for the quality of the vegetable fat, namely fat-acidic composition and minimum quantity of fatty acid trans-isomers.
