FLAVOURFUL STRAWBERRY PIE

CHEESE STRAWBERRY PIE

Cottage Cheese by RudTM, 9% | 250 g |
Strawberry | 2/3 cup |
Eggs | 2 |
Baking powder | 1 ts |
Powdered sugar | 1 bag |
STEPS TO MAKE IT
Stage 1
Melt the butter on the stove and cool it. Whip the eggs with sugar in a deep bowl, add the already cooled butter and vanilla.
Stage 2
Grate the cottage cheese through a sieve making sure that the texture is smooth and without lumps. Add it with the mix made in the first stage.
Stage 3
Add the flour and baking powder. Thoroughly mix the dough with a spoon until smooth.
Stage 4
Put the dough into a greased mould and decorate it with strawberries. Bake the pie in the oven at 180 °C for 35 to 40 min. After cooling, decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
CREAMY STRAWBERRY PIE

Sour Cream by RudTM, 15% | 300 g |
Sugar | 3 tbs |
Powdered sugar | 75 g |
Vanilla sugar | 1 bag |
Wheat flour | 30 g |
Starch | 30 g |
Strawberry | 400 g |
STEPS TO MAKE IT
Stage 1
To prepare the dough, combine the flour, butter, sugar, lemon peel, vanilla sugar and 4 tbs of cold water or milk in a deep bowl. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Stage 2
Spread the well-mixed dough over the mould surface, puncture it with a fork and put into the refrigerator.
Stage 3
To make the filling, mix the sour cream with sugar, add starch, flour and vanilla sugar.
Stage 4
Lay out the strawberries on the dough side by side and pour over the sour cream mass. Bake at 200 °C for 40 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you wish.

APPLE STRAWBERRY PIE
The apple strawberry pie is similar to the charlotte, but with a unique spin on it. This easy-to-make pie is both sweet and sour, so all your guests will be satisfied.
Ingredients
Wheat flour | 3 tbs |
Khutorok Selianskyi Butter by RudTM, 73% | 70 g |
Eggs | 2 |
Raisins and dried strawberries | a handful of each |
Sweet and sour apple | 1-2 |
Sugar | 4 tbs |
Vanilla sugar | 1 bag |
STEPS TO MAKE IT
Stage 1
Combine the eggs, vanilla sugar and 3 tbs of ordinary sugar in a deep bowl, mix them with a mixer for at least 7 min until loose.
Stage 2
Carefully mix in the sifted flour and pre-washed and dried raisins with strawberries.
Stage 3
Pour the homogeneous mixture into a baking pan covered with baking paper. Put the apple peeled and sliced on top, spread the butter slices evenly and, finally, sprinkle the surface with one spoon of sugar.
Stage 4
Bake the pie at 180 °C for 20 to 25 min. Enjoy!
QUICK STRAWBERRY PIE IN MULTICOOKER
To cook a delicious strawberry pie, use a multicooker instead of an oven. Fast, nutritious and delicious: you will be most impressed after tasting the pie made in a “smart” cooker.

Powdered sugar | 1 bag |
STEPS TO MAKE IT
Stage 1
Grease the multi-cooking pot with butter. Whip the eggs with a mixer in a separate bowl, adding sugar in small portions until all grains are dissolved.
Stage 2
Add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder to the mix. Keep whipping until homogeneous. Combine the dough with strawberries and pour the mixture into the multi-cooker pot.
Stage 3
Select the baking mode and wait for 45-50 min. After cooling, decorate the pie with powdered sugar.
