Petro Volodymyrovych Rud has been awarded an order “Lider Ukrainy” for the significant personal contribution to the development of Ukraine, and the Company “Rud” has been awarded the top honor “Year’s Best Achievement – 2018”.
The honorary reward was established in purpose to support and celebrate the best domestic companies, enhance their prestige, celebrate the most talented managers, strengthen Ukrainian enterprises at the parochial market and abroad. Such enterprises encourage other domestic companies in quality drive and effect the country’s competitiveness in general.
The official ceremony of awards presentation was held on December 20, 2018 at State Residence – Small Mariinsky Palace, during the New Year’s solemn welcome ceremony in honour of economy, business, science and culture of Ukraine areas leaders.
The Company “Rud” operates thoroughly for the benefit of Ukraine, carrying out plans related to the further development and improvement. Today, the enterprise is a leader of the ice-cream market in Ukraine (more than 30%); the Company “Rud” exports successfully its products to almost 30 countries of the world and is one of the largest taxpayers in Zhytomyr region.
