Sweet cream spread by Rud TM is a product made from a mixture of vegetable oil and fat-free milk and enriched with vitamin A. It contains a minimal amount of cholesterol as compared to butter and , is recommended for a healthy diet. While producing our spread we pay special attention on the quality of vegetable oil - we always qualify fatty acid composition and a number of trans isomers. Spread has a pleasant cream aroma and rather flexible consistency. You can use it in making pastries, cooking cereals and side dishes or simply putting it on a slice of bread as a delicious.
