Appetiser with kadaif, mushrooms and pistachios

Appetiser with kadaif, mushrooms and pistachios

Back

DESCRIPTION OF THE DISH

The basis of this delicious appetiser is kadaif, a special dough in the form of thin crispy threads used in many oriental dishes. You can make it yourself or use a convenient pre-made one from Rud, which will facilitate your time in the kitchen and save time to spend it with your loved ones.

Choose fresh or marinated champignons, as the result will be equally satisfying. Pistachios can be replaced with walnuts or almonds, if necessary.
