The Day of Entrepreneur provided the occasion to the company Rud PJSC Zhytomyr Butter Plant to be awarded in the nomination of “The best investor 2018” in the Region of Zhytomyr.
PJSC Zhytomyr Butter Plant implemented a large-scale reconstruction project which allows it to reach new development level. In 2018 its production has reached the best business growth rates among domestic ice-cream producers. The most significant rate of company activity is a volume growth of sold products and leadership retention – TM Rud occupies over 30 % of Ukrainian ice-cream market share. The products of the enterprise are presented in more than 75 thousand retail outlets of Ukraine; it has strengthened its export position and expanded its product line.
Multi-year experience of the company, quality standard compliance and modern equipment facilitate manufacturing products considering the consumer trends of various countries worldwide. The enterprise has exported its products to the USA, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iraq, the UAE, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Israel, Turkmenistan, Vietnam and China in recent years.
Actual major assignment for PJSC Zhytomyr Butter Plant is to improve its competitive position that can be achieved with the technical modernization and new technologies introduction only. Being a leader and mastering overseas markets require innovation implementation – both in production field and in products promotion methods. Constant consumer service is also required. The company’s Rud mission is to welcome each person with warmth! Our production is one of the largest tax payers in Zhytomyr region. The company participates in charity activities: supporting socially vulnerable sections of population – orphan children, elderly people and implementing projects in sport, cultural, educational and spiritual fields. Special attention is paid to a public aid to the Ukrainian soldiers.
