RUD Company became an official partner of the recently started project START-UP CAMP that is unique to Ukraine. This is a business summer camp for children, joining which the child is immersed into an atmosphere of personal development, leadership and responsibility.
A real career-guiding school operates at the summer camp providing expert evaluation of abilities and aptitudes of each child. Children are taught to be responsible, to deal with complex situations and to develop entrepreneurial spirit.
To support the project for the development of children’s creativity and entrepreneurship, several contests were held by RUD Company: the contest for the picture of a new corporate hero, the name for ice cream, “Associations”. After the activities, there were surprises in store for the children - corporate promotional gifts of RUD TM. Kids were thrilled not only with gifts, but also with the opportunity to become the part of a large coordinated team for awhile.
