DESCRIPTION OF THE DISH

Usually zucchini rolls serve as light snack. But it can easily turn into a full-fledged nutritious meal: just add the filling of juicy chicken fillet and tender cheese. A mixture of herbs and garlic will help to make the dish more spicy and aromatic. From these simple ingredients, you can make a real culinary masterpiece for family or friends.

According to the classic recipe, cottage cheese is added to zucchini. But chefs-experimenters can try to combine chicken and blue mold cheese. The taste of the dish will be even more intense and vibrant.

Ingredients

Zucchini 2 pcs
Chicken fille 400 g
Cottage cheese TM “Rud”, 9% 4 tbsp.
Sour cream TM “Rud”, 15% 4 tbsp.
Garlic 2 cloves
Dill bunch
Hard cheese 100 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Salt up to taste
Pepper up to taste

Stage No. 1

Wash and clean zucchini, cut plates 5 mm thick. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, spread zucchini, add salt, pepper. Put in a preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until tender.

Stage No. 2

Cut chicken fillet into thin long slices, beat slightly, salt, pepper, leave for 10 minutes to marinate.

Stage No. 3

Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped dill and garlic in a deep bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Stage No. 4

Take out of the oven slightly baked zucchini, cool. Put the chicken fillet pieces on top of them, and a cheese filling above. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese and make rolls. Fix them with a wooden skewer, put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.

Before serving, zucchini rolls can be decorated with greens, lettuce and microgreen. The dish tastes better when it is warm.
