It is easy enough to prepare at home, while you pleasantly diversify your child ration with healthy and nutritious product. With a little imagination and patience you can make a very rainbow and bright dessert, especially if you combine the milk layers with fruit jelly.
Sour cream rainbow recipe
Sour cream rainbow will suit even the taste of kids, which feel cool to milk products.
Ingredients
Sour cream 15% | 1000 g |
Milk – 2,5% | 200 g |
Sugar | 100 g |
Gelatin | 30-40 g (2 Tbsp) |
To get a tasty and rich dessert, take milk products from «Rud» TMand natural colorants. Dunk gelatin in 100 g of cold milk and let it swell. Bring remaining milk to the boiling and melt down sugar in the milk, then add milk with swollen gelatin and stir thoroughly until gelatin is completely melted. If you wish, you can add a little vanillin. Slightly cool down the received milk-jelly mixture and mix it with the sour cream, then stir it thoroughly and divide into several parts for coloring.
Fruit and sour cream dessert
Ingredients
Sour cream 15% | 375 g |
Gelatin | 15 g |
Orange juice | 150 ml |
Cherry juice | 150 ml |
Sugar | 100 g |
Add sugar to the sour cream, put it on a slow fire, heat and stir until complete sugar melting. Remove it from fire and divide to 3 parts. Pour juices into separate containers, heat slightly and add 1 tsp of gelatin in each of them. Then stir it thoroughly to the complete gelatin melting. Add received fruit-jelly mixtures to prepared sour cream mixtures and stir to homogeneous state. Pour into molds one by one, let each layer to freeze in the refrigerator.
