Milk by RudTM, 2.5% | 0.5 cup |
Flour | 2 tbs |
Khutorok Selianskyi Butter by RudTM, 73% | 1 tbs |
Sugar | 1 tbs |
Oil | 1 ts |
Cinnamon | 1 ts |
Powdered sugar | 1 tbs |
Mint | 1 bunch |
STEPS TO MAKE IT
Stage 1
Take two deep bowls and separate egg whites from yolks. Whisk the whites with sugar until frothy.
Stage 2
Add flour, milk and cinnamon to the yolks. Mix the ingredients well, pour in the whites.
Stage 3
Wash and peel the apples, cut out the cores. Slice into 0.5-1 cm thick rings.
Stage 4
Heat a frying pan, melt butter, add oil. Dip the apple slices into the egg mixture, spread them on a frying pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Arrange on a plate, decorate with powdered sugar and mint leaves.
