Ingredients

For cabbage rolls:
Pork 500 g
White cabbage 200 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
For sauce:
Sour cream RudTM, 21 % 200 g
Carrot 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Onion 2 pcs
Garlic 2 cloves
Eggs 2 pcs
Flour 1 tbs
Vegetable frying oil
Long-grain rice 200 g

Cooking

Step #1

Cut the pork into large pieces. Peel onions and garlic. Mince the meat with a mincer.

Step #2

Add eggs, salt and pepper to minced meat. Mix thoroughly.

Step #3

Wash the rice and simmer until cooked. The rice to water ratio should be 1:2. Make sure that the pan lid is closed to prevent steam from coming out.

Add the boiled rice to the minced meat. Mix to distribute the ingredients evenly.

Chop the cabbage and add it to the minced meat. Once again, mix the minced meat thoroughly. Make small croquettes.

Heat the frying pan and fry the croquettes until golden on both sides.

Add flour, sour cream, 250 mL of water. Stir and simmer for about six minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Put lazy cabbage rolls in the pan and pour sour cream sauce in. Bake for 30 minutes.
